As promised, an update on the prepositions game! I wrote lots of prepositions on paper and the girls chose one at random and have to do what it says, if they do it right they keep that bit of paper, if they don't the other gets a chance to win that paper. If neither of them get it right, I get the paper! I don't win every time any more which is very good news! Here are a couple of videos of us playing today:
We also did some work from some new maths books, I like to keep using new books, as at their age, the girls need to repeat and repeat easy maths until they learn it. Using several different books as well as homemade stuff allows us to do this without anyone getting bored. These books are especially good because they have gold stars - exciting!!
